Aus "The Name of the Wind" von Patrick Rothfuß

"I pointed out the different types of clouds and what they told of the weather to come. She showed me the shapes they held: a rose, a harp, a waterfall..."

"I'll see you where the roads meet..."

"What are the three most important rules of the chemist?
Label clearly, measure twice, eat elsehwere..."

"Isn't that the way of the world? We want the sweet things, but we need the unpleasant ones..."

der erste Spruch hat mich zum Grinsen gebracht.

Ein Zitat das mich seit Urzeiten verfolgt und das eher zum vorgestrigen EIntrag passen würde stammt von meinem Lieblingsautor:

"I was just seeing where my research would take me and I ran smack into this one.
That expanding human time doesn´t make you immortal; it´s subdividing time that does the trick." - Haruki Murakami, "Hard boiled wonderland and the end of the world"
